What we collect

• Order details: name, email, phone, shipping and billing address, items purchased.
• Payment details: handled directly by our payment providers (card processor, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal). We never receive or store your full card number.
• Messages: what you send through the contact form or by email.
• Waitlist: your email address, if you sign up for launch or restock news.
• Technical data: basic logs such as IP address, browser and pages visited, kept by our hosting provider for security and reliability.

How we use it

To process and ship your order, send order and shipping updates, answer your questions, prevent fraud, meet tax and legal obligations, and, only if you opt in, send launch and product news. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time with the link in every email.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the companies that help us run the store, and only what they need: payment processors, our hosting provider, our email provider, and shipping carriers. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Cookies & storage

Your bag is saved in your browser's local storage so it's still there when you come back. We use a small number of essential cookies for checkout and security. We don't currently use advertising cookies; if that changes we'll update this policy and ask for consent where required.

Your choices & rights

Depending on where you live (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and other states with privacy laws), you can ask to access, correct, delete or get a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of any sale or sharing. We honor these requests for everyone. Email us and we'll respond within the time the law requires. We won't treat you differently for using these rights.

Security & retention

Data is sent over HTTPS and stored with providers that use industry-standard security. We keep order records as long as needed for tax and accounting (usually up to 7 years) and delete waitlist emails when you unsubscribe. Our store is meant for adults and we don't knowingly collect data from children under 13.
